Enterprise Modelling is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, security breaches, or PII misuse.

Requests for data anonymization or removal under GDPR must be managed by the individual or business. While we will assist to the best of our ability, the responsibility lies with you.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Subscriptions

The Application may be offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). If you choose to subscribe, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing: Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified during purchase) and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the end of the current billing cycle, it will automatically renew under the same terms.
• Subscription Adjustments: Subscription adjustments to Portfolio can increase or decrease costs. Charges will take place at your next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the Subscription.
• Changes to Subscription Terms: We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees or terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your Subscription before the new terms take effect.
• Free Trials: We may offer free trials for certain Subscription plans. If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the Subscription plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Enterprise Modelling grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Enterprise Modelling Application in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
• You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Application to any third party.

3. Ownership

The Application is the intellectual property of Enterprise Modelling. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You are responsible for all data entered into the Application, including the management of PII and compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Backup and Data Loss Prevention

You are responsible for regularly backing up your data. Enterprise Modelling is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Enterprise Modelling be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.

9. GDPR and Data Anonymization

Requests for data anonymization or removal in compliance with GDPR must be managed by the individual or business. Enterprise Modelling will assist upon request but holds no responsibility for ensuring these requests are fulfilled.
