Managing Portfolio Users

Each Portfolio can have its own Permissions set, there are 4 Roles:

  • Administrator - This is not explicitly an Enterprise Modelling Role, more so a Database Administrator that you help manage the databases. If you are utilising a Local Data Store - you are, by default an Administrator.
  • Can Manage Users - These users can manage users in the given Portfolio.
  • Can Manage Portfolios - These users can create new and Clone Portfolios.
  • Is Read-only User - These users can only view content and not make any changes (these users cannot be either of the other 2 Enterprise Modelling users).
